Excellent and professional service

I was involved in a car accident on Friday the 8th on my way back from work. Reported the accident through calling the emergency number, was assisted and the car tower was dispatched and my car was towered for assessment.

I later received a notification that my claim has been logged and I was allocated Mr Pule Tshwale who was to assist with my claim.

The following day on Saturday I received a call from Mr Pule who took me through the process of my claim and taking him through what happened on the day, I have to say he was very professional and was able to give clarity on questions that I had. He took me through the entire process and explained what was to follow from our conversation.

On Monday morning just after 9am I received another call from Mr Pule informing me that my claim has been approved and what to expect next.

What a smooth process this claim has been, thank you very much to everyone who assisted through out the process and special thanks to Mr Pule, keep up the good work Sir.
