Excellent and friendly service from Buhle a consultant at Miway

Yesterday I contacted Miway insurance after discovering that they will be increasing my premium as of the 15th December 2021. Buhle is consultant who assisted me. I explained to her that I realised that my car insurance premium will be increasing as from the 15th and that I won't be able to afford it. Buhle asked me to hold for a few minutes and when she came she told me that my premium will only increase with 30.00 and they are reducing my access from 7500.00 to 3500, and for wind screens the access goes down 500.00 from 1200.00. in this difficult time you require an insurance company that instead of increasing but they are reducing, and that made my day. The whole call duration was like I was talking to someone I new for a long time, yet we only met yesterday and for a few minutes. Thank you Buhle for your excellent and friendly service.
