Netstar Technical team did not honour tracker device installation. In the process Tumelo(Ram) from MiWAy assisted me to get another car track service provider. He pushed together with his manager that the new service provider Cartrack respond to the installation as soon as possible. Indeed within 48 hours Cartrack came to install. I advice Miway to cut ties with Netstar their service is poor and frustrating. Thank you Tumelo for assisting me with tracker installation.
