I was assist by two helpful senior consultant after I called in because my debit order had not ran for the month. It turned out there was a system bug on my profile hence the glitch. The consultants were helpful and I was promised to receive a refund as the system triggered a higher amount to be debited from my account. A very great thank you to Anathi and Mpho for assisting me.
