i loged a call at miway on monday night. i received a call from ramasela on behalf of miway on tuesday morning and she helped me include a new item . on wednesday at 7;30 as arranged she called again to help me with a tutorial on how to manage the policy from home on my laptop. she took me through a cancellation of an item and future additional items on the policy. she did a very good job.
