excellent
nikiwe was friendly and she asked and confirmed everything that i was telling her. she let me know when the system was updating and she was willing to assist. if it was for someone she would have dropped the phone as i was waiting for the emails to appear on my side and instead she waited until i confirmed i had received them. She was professional and thanks to miway for hiring her.
