The consultant was very polite and respectful and then he took me to the senior manager by the name Phemelo who had a talk with me and showed me of running the risk of not communicating with the insurance company. He shared very wise words regarding my policy and further made changes to my policy by bringing down my access amount. I was really pleased with the change. Thank you very much.
