I had locked my car keys in the boot, and Thato from Miway, came to my rescue. He logged a call from me, searched for a service provider, and in less than an hour, I everything was sorted. He kept contact while I was waiting for Locksmith to come through, he made sure I was in a safe location, kept me calm, and even checked up on me later to see if everything went well, and arrived home safely.
