<p>i was intend to cancel the policy as its was too expensive for me but the lady called kgomotso called me to help me wth the cancelletaion of my policy, she then asked me why is the reason of doing that? and i mention the the affordability that is too high. then she say we can be able to review your policy and make your premium go down so that you can afford it, we then start wtih the review and go to an extend of paying R588.00 with the excess of R2000.00 which affordable to me. she also highlight that if i find some difficulties in future i must called them so that they can assist me as im important to me. the other thing that she highlighter is that i must make sure that the car must be locked all the time for safety. i like her attitude towards helping customer. keep it up my sister to all your customer that will need help like me or than me.</p>
