The ability to take effort away from whom you are serving, yielding it within oneself and satisfying their immediate needs of the particular customer you are servicing. When that happens it makes it worthwhile to call again and have that confidence that your issues will be resolved. Thats exactly how i felt half way through my tele contact with Thembi of MiWay. I was at ease due to her efficiency, providing alternatives on how to quickly get my information for validation, in no time my query was resolved, got an email confirmation while i was still on the line and she offered me an opportunity to go through it and ensuring that what was amended was exactly how i wanted. Never have i found a consultant who is mindful of what i want and does not want to quickly get rid of you. That really made me feel like the only client that matters and very special. next time i call i definitely ask for her as her attitude in customer service is just in a class of its own
