I've been using MiWay for almost a year, I received an email regarding the annual increase. Without hesitate I sent an email to cancel my insurance cause I didn't understand why so much increase whereas I haven't had an claims. Fortunately, Kagiso Makgatla from MiWay called me to find out why am I cancelling my vehicle insurance and I explained everything to him. He was able to assist me, with a low premium and access fee.
