My policy was up for a annual review and it was increased by about 10% which became slightly out of my budget. I wanted to cancel the policy but after to spoke to Lenholo at Miway, she reassured me that they are there to help their faithful clients. After reviewing my policy and making a few adjustments, my policy was decreased to an affordable amount and was reduced by about R450. The ladies service was very professional and she was very polite in her approach unlike our government departments.
