He ensured that the correct contractor was dispatched. he called to follow up and ensured that the contractor was there at the specified time. he called to see if the job was done and he followed up to ensure that we were happy with the service that was delivered. he is friendly, professional and a shining example of what client service is all about. Tumisang, is a real asset to MiWay and he did not stop following up until we were satisfied and the job was complete.
