Excelent Service at MiWay

As a MiWay customer for many years, I was at the verge of shopping new car and household insurance but decided (in the interest of fairness) to raise my concerns with MiWay first. I have just added an additional vehicle to my policy and wasn't happy with the proposed premium. Zandi attentively listened to my complaints and promised that she's going to get a senior person to call me back at 11:00 the following to review my entire policy. A very polite Koketsi (God bless him) called at 11:00 and performed a miracle by patiently going through my policy with me, which eventually ended up with a saving of almost R1000- on my current premium. That's hard cold cash in my pocket and I cannot thank MiWay enough for having people like Koketso and Zandi in their employ. Keep up the great work MiWay (Koketso and Zandi), you have successfully retained a loyal client.
