The consultant (Kea) was very friendly, warming and welcoming. It was like speaking to a person I have known over a long period of time . Kea understands her work and she sounded fami**** with her working environment.( ie.she knows what to do following your enquiry)

Yes, she deserves you recognition as management. As much as you come down hard on them when we complain, reward them when they service us to the best of their ability. Talking to Kea for a few minutes saved me a cool R1000,00 on my combined premiums. Indeed she did not disappoint me.
