Roadside Assist: this morning, just before the storm hit, my car refused to start - I had to drop off my already worried Grade 10 daughter, I was stressing because I am a single mom and I know nothing about cars and I needed to be in an online training session the entire morning. I was already anticipating the costs for towing, etc. I decided to see if Miway covered these types of emergencies and there was that silver lining - IT DID - and as on of my 3 free benefits - a call out assist for a flat battery. Enoch Lamola the agent was extremely professional and helpful and ensured that the call-out professional knew where to find me by getting him on the line with me, so that I can give him proper directions.
