Exceelent Service

This little report is to provide Miway with a brief feedback on the service which I have received through the assistance of Ms Lethabo on the 23rd April 2018.

Ms Lethabo demonstrated a high level of professionalism during the entire process my call.

I was actually in devastating situation because the car decided to give a problem in a middle of a heavy traffic. Howver Ms Lethabo was able to calm me down and ensure that I receive a towing service for my car to my place speedily.

Thank you to Miway insurance and their beautiful staff with so much great sense of humour.
