Exceedingly Service rendered

I came across an agent which served me with a smile, even though that the request or query was not directly in his department. He directed my query to the relevant department and he was very professional and friendly all the way. I wish that this asset could be recognised for being able to deal with customers in that manner that he end up being in a senior position one day.
