EXCEEDING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
I called to cancel within 10 minutes he was able to retain me by providing honest,professional and efficient service<br> I later found out he is a manager assisting the agent due to high call volumes...WOW what a surprise to find out in SA we still have such dedicated and loyal managers who walk the walk and talk the talk with their teams to exceed customer expectaions<br> he is an EXAMPLE that all companies should follow and even insppired me to give 150% at my employment.
