Everything went well

Everything went well. It's only that they took a little bit longer to attend to my case with out any updates of what might have caused the delay. If they could only improve with giving updates to the client about the progress of the claim and the challenges encountered which led to delays. Other than that after sending the people to check on the item Everything went a bit fast compared to before their arrival.
