Every thing else was good from the explanation about the insurance however the bad part is that I was not told if the first installment is going to be debited and not told when exactly, even after I wrote an email to Xolani asking about the very same thing two days ago. This left my account overdrawn as I didn't plan due to the lack of being properly informed. I find this very distasteful!!!
