Every month there’s always an unauthorized debit from miway leaving me with crazy bank charges ,i’m currently sitting with R300 bank charges from this ,I addressed this on the call and was passed to an arrogant guy Itumeleng Selao ,instead of listening with understanding ,he arrogantly tried to make it seem like the problem is me instead of acknowledging that the system is failing them ,I requested to speak to his manager and he put me on hold forever until call was dropped ,that how was the query ended ,with no resolution ,no one bothered to call and to rectify this ******* .On the 27th ,the debit order went off (still not an approved date of debit )could have bounced .Miway treats customers like doormats !
