Ever Increasing Prices
A couple of months ago i called in to have my excess reduced, spoke to a very good consultant who was able to reduce my excess and also maintain a reasonable premium. Kudos to her.<br> Today I call in after receiving an increase email and get Diego who is not any close to the good service I received. My point is that having reviewed my premium a couple of months ago, I should not be having my premiums increased, not at all. Otherwise, why did i have them reviewed in the first place.<br> Secondly, Diego will not out me through to the retention department, all he wants is for me to agree that the price increase is justified.<br> I have been a loyal miway supporter for a while and even ambassador.but this price increase will have me moving without a doubt.!!
