Eventually someone will call because emails aren't important enough

Ernest Here I was in the process of taking out insurance on my vehicle with Miway and pending still, Experienced issues with my vehicle making me realize not to take out insurance with Mi-way because they have not responded to me about the process of paying out claims on time and non responsive agents Another client of theirs reversed into my car that was covered by Miway ironically enough provided there details and she logged the claim on my behalf (wonderful client to have) Provided videos, pictures, quotes, 3 months later 3rd party claim R/F Fender and R/F door damaged and alignment out during the rainy season of December and no feedback found myself begging them for a reply requesting to have my vehicle fixed there assessor is still looking at the items and will reply soon enough is there response , and advised The third party claim takes 30 to 60 working days to be finalized.

How is it that more than 60 days have passed and there assessor has not looked at anything is it that not being a client is not important enough for Miway
