Even documents sent to me does not say Sunroof exc

I was driving on R21 from Johannesburg to Pretoria, when i felt a bang on my roof that resulted on me loosing the whole roof of my Golf, the car almost even lost control but by Grace i manage to keep the steering wheel and my car was not damaged except for the roof that was finished. I then called my insurance and they told me they cannot here me and suggested i call once am in a place its quite. As it was late and going to my graduation i decided to try drive the roofless car home to park it. The following day i phone and was assisted by Kea, who denied the cover of my roof and even said i refused and said i will phone the insurance later on an add a sunroof, we listened to the recording i never said my roof must never be covered, i even kept on telling the consultant that my sunroof was not and extra as it came with a car who seemed to understand pretty well, he even sent the documentation and under things that are excluded my sunroof is not there. even the recording she sent it talk about tracker that i will add on a later stage not sunroof, i repeated that my sunroof came with a car and the consultant said okey. am sure will fight with my last breath to get justice in this
