Esther Coetze is exceptionally amazing

Esther Coetze is exceptionally amazing. I have been a miway client for over 8 years and I have never had a smooth claim process until recently that I was allocated Esther. She is always willing to go an extra mile. One time during the claim process She even remained behind at the office so that I can be able to scan and send back the documents to her so that she can process them instead of waiting for the next day. That was a huge thing for me. She went far and beyond her call of duty to ensure that I am assisted smoothly. Whoever hired her, was divinely inspired. I am happy with her service. I wish that all employees of this insurance of ours would have the same spirit towards customer service. I wish that even the clients I referred to miway may be assisted by her in a case of tragedy or accident claim. Kudos to Esther Coetze's level of professional and exceeding customer's expectations 👏 👌 🙌🏿
