Epic - Amazing service

Added a new car to my insurance but wanted to remove my old car as I had traded it in. Was very worried about having to pay for the car i traded in and the new car. Was not sure of the process so submitted the query on their contact me page. Towards the end of the day I got a call from Gloria Mngomezulu. Very cheerful and amazingly helpful. I was not able to make changes that evening so she advised she would call me back in the morning. Come morning, got the call. She walked me through what needed to be done and got it sorted there and then - quick, easy and hassle free. Amazing!
