Ensured items

I wantrd do add 3 items on my imsurance i spole to a Thato Makola earlier today, He told me i can insure my playstation 3 for an x amount that would be R10000 and my 2 gaming p.c to the value of 32000.Now when icreached out to him he just said he will call me which he did not tried several times.The gave me a partial response than he immediatly whent over an automated answer machine.Why could he not help me to ensure these item because he said that i can insure these items at value now he send me a whatsup after whe spoke this morning tellimg me that the items need to be ensured with the correct value.As an playstation 3 is not availanble outdated the next option is an ps4 that is currently new.He said it will be no problem
