Enquiry of debit order amount

I called this morning to enquire a different amount from previous month debit order. I was explained about pro rata on vehicle was not included in last month so therefore it was included in this debit order. I further enquired on next month debit order and only to be told it's shall be increased as annual assessment. I asked if we can review this policy and Zandile suggested to reduce car hire & class of vehicle. I was not in favor of that. She went the extra mile to speak to her senior I guess to see any further reduction whilst I held on the call. She given be the best news of a savings of about R300 which in today's time is very crucial.<br> <br> Excellent communication skills & pleasantly made my day!!!
