Enquiries about my policy
I made some policy changes on 30 Des 2015 online and called the call centre and asked for them to call me back. I received a call back today at about 08h17 to confirm about the changes. I am very pleased with the service I received from Maggie, she handled my enquiry with efficiency and friendly and explained all very well. Keep up with the good work Maggie and MiWay, thanks for your support and efficient service the past years that I am a customer of yours!! Have a great 2016 !!
