What began as a sketchy claim with a different consultant, ended up being quite the pleasant experience with Enock Lamola. Enock returned my calls every time I asked him to, responded promptly to my follow up emails and was very patient during times I was highly frustrated. He assisted with my first claim for a torn tyre from a pothole, which the initial consultant that assisted me no longer responded to my emails. Coincidentally, days later he assisted with my second claim with a tow assist for an alernator issue, which made me think he works alone in his department. A call log for a claim can be frustrating for anyone but Enock was efficient in assisting to the end, thankful for consultants like him, great work!
