Empty promises
Good day, I submitted a claim on Sunday about an accident that occured. I was then advised that Sanele Mbangeni would be handling my claim. I then sent him a query via email on Monday, he then responded yesterday morning advising that he would call after 11 in the morning. In the afternoon I informed him that I was still waiting for his call. He still hasn't made contact and I'm really angry because he is delaying the claims process. Please assist.
