Empty Promise

WOW Miway the don't care attitude i get from you is something else ,it doesn't matter who i ask , in all your communication channel all i get is someone will get back to you , you just don't care about your customers , who is that someone?, I've had enough with this disgusting poor service , i need you to refund all my money taken for the premium as i really don't know what the hell i have been paying for , i will be taking the matter to the ombudsman i cannot beg like this for the service i pay for
