Excellent Service from Kwandile Khanyile and Henry Shongwe. :-) I called the call center at 8:00 on the dot, and assisted by Kwandile who not only sounded very pleased to get my call, but she was also very helpful. When I said I wanted to remove one of my cars from the insurance, she was rather more concerned about the car not being covered than I was (lol too sweet). She connected me with Henry Shongwe (Supervisor) anther happy soul that assisted me with regard to reducing my insurance premium, and great advise and tips as to how the app will be of great assistance for the future.
