I would like to compliment one of your employees

Yesterday, my wife's car did not want to start, so in this, I needed to get her car to a mechanic.

I called in to see if MiWay will cover the tow, but due it being at my house, this would not qualify as roadside assistance. I went through the prompts and got to a lady by the name of Lindelwa from the claims department.

She was professional and understanding and said because my wife has not claimed as yet they will cover the towing. After this, she called 4 times after that to confirm if everything is in order.

I would like to say thank you Lindelwa for being professional and courteous, you really helped us out today.
