Emergency Situation

I had an experience with Patrick Mbalati from Miway. I was in a car accident with my two daughters and somehow Miway was alerted and i was then contact by contacted by Patrick whose first question was, are you okay. He walked me through the process so even in all the confusion I managed to stay calm. He advised that he would call me the next day at 7:30am and that's exactly what he did. Firstly to check on my kids and myself and then to put me in touch with the claims department. He showed great empathy and concern. This is the individual anyone in an emergency situation needs to have on the other line - thanks Patric****!! I can only hope I receive the same from the Claims department - I will definitely post a follow up.
