Emergency request

We had an accident outside Christiana in NC.I called for a help from certain gentleman. He did promise to sent a towing company to the scene. After 45 minutes, I called again only to find that towing car hasn't been allocated to me. The second person to help was Tiistso. He was very much helpful to every step to took. He involved me by putting me on conference call up until we were helped.Hewas very helpful.
