Emergency call for a jump start
I had left the lights of my car on when going to work, which lead to my battery being flat and had to call MiWay for assistance. It's the first time I call for assistance for my car in the last 3 years I have had it and Pitso Mothamaha, who assisted me was absolutely amazing. Like I said it's the first time I ask for assistance and I didn't have to answer unnecessary questions nor did I feel anxious. He checked up on me o make sure I am safe and if I have been assisted.

21 Nov 2019, 15:11Again I was contacted by MiWay, to inform me that Wesbank required a confirmation if I have am insured with MiWay. Lebogang Buthane was really great, he went over and above what was required. I was able to get a list of places which do an inspection, that are close to me. I am glad MiWay have such people who make you feel at home

21 Nov 2019, 15:16I was assist by Keabetswe Mokgokolo with updating my residential address, and although I don't I am not really fami**** with the new area I am currently living he ensured me that he will find the place, which he did through multiple searches.
