Emergency call

Contacted MiWay emergency was assisted by agent Bradley who urgently despatched a Towing truck to tow vehicle, while that was in progress I called MiWay again to request if I can be taken home as I had valuables in the car and groceries. Agent Lindiwe was the second agent who picked the phone she could not assist with arrangement to be taken home. She said I quote "You responsible for your own transport to get home" . This could've happened at night or when am with my kids I just think there was lack of discretion as I could've been assisted to get home through uber etc .

Bradley called this morning to follow up if all went well, thank you.

It was inconsiderate of MiWay not to empower their staff (Lindiwe) to use discretion and ensuring clients are safe home.

This is so unfortunate that with every experience I've had with MiWay Wrt to accident and emergency there seem to be an elementary approach to cases .

I leave you with one word "step up MiWay" I can't be negotiating my safety to get home with the insurance it's rediculous, I pay for peace of mind when am in trouble you.
