when i got a breakdown on the road, i called the insurance and they explained to me what my policy covers which is 40 km return for roadside assistance. after a discussion to decide where to get the nearest assistance for my vehicle, the assistance sent a tow truck to assist me and it arrived in about 30 minutes, i was assisted and the vehicle was delivered to the dealership. the assistance was effective and efficient.
