Emergency Alert activation
I am so disappointed with Myway insurance after years of being with them and using their App, I am now told I cannot use EMERGENCY ALERT because of my phone. I have been using the same phone all along and now I am expected to buy a new phone for me to activate EMERGENCY ALERT again.
