Emails still ignored after hello peter report

<p>The service with mi way has been a nightmare. I'm currently holding a call for lord knows what? i get transferred from person to person with no direction. My emails were ignored again even after i had made a hello peter report. right now i was on hold for almost 10 minutes and then the phone cuts off. how is that justified? Am i going crazy? how do you get away with this kind of service? do the people who operate the phones even care? this is as horrible as dealing with telkom. (who atleast follows through when i put through a hello peter claim. but its all the same) I just cant understand. Are some people low priority? Ive waited for over a week just for a response and still nothing... must I wait a month? must i spend R1000 on airtime tryign to phone. PLEASE HELP ME SORT OUT MY CLAIM.</p> <p>You responded so fast after my last hello peter claim and as soon as i responded i get no response for over a week.</p>
