I called Miway this morning as I needed to update some details to some of my insured items. Precious was very professional and efficient. She explained everything I needed to know in a friendly nature. She then transfered me to Thabang Khesa who was to assist me with the revised premium. He did this with pleasure and explained the process to me before commencing. At the end, he gave me a premium that I was quite happy with. I have been with Miway for a couple of years now and I am still happy.
