Good day I would like thank 3 of miway agents for excellent, wonderful customer service. 1. Puleng Motshabela (Client care) - since I've been in touch with Puleng last week, everyday the dealership says i must come fetch the car, i'd call her and advise that i am collecting then boom i dont come back with the car, honestly lost count of the changes we kept o making to my policy, but throughout the whole time she was nothing but friendly and very patient with me. I even started calling her Ausi Puleng coz i felt like no man i've found myself a sister. Thank u so much aus Puleng for such a wonderful service, we finally got that car hey :-D .

2. Tumelo (senior consultant - retensions) forgot his name but its a guy. I advised tumelo that i am not happy with the premium its too high, shame he tried by all means to take it down as possible, but because i claimed twice in 2018 that affected my premium, then he advised he can leave it at R1600 then in June i can try and review again. Thank you so much Tumelo for going the extra mile of making sure that you retain me and for making me a happy client. Much appreciated abuti waka.

3. Manie Mabote (client care) - so this morning as i did my inspection, i said my car has accessories (lol English), then received sms to call and add them, so i called and spoke to Manie she took her time to explain what accessories are in simple terms and in our language, so thank you so much Manie, for being the wonderful human being that you are.

Miway has super consultants shame i dont wanna lie. Thank you so much for always delivering the wonderful service with a smile on your faces. Keep it up, you guys rock.
