Efficient staff and grate attitude

In this day and age it is difficult to find world class service but I must say that today I was impressed by Nokuthula Ntshembeni's attitude and her effective way of resolving customer's queries. She is an asset for miway and she deserves salary increase and promotion. I hope her manager is aware of the great service she is providing to customers.
