Efficient Service!

I sent an email to MiWay contact centre to request a policy premium review. I have been with them for over 5 years. They got back to me the following day first thing in the morning. I was in meetings the whole morning but I received numerous missed calls from them, both on my call and landline. They also sent me an sms with the direct line of the person I should contact. I called Thabang, he called me back and we went through my policy details over the phone and walla, my premium was brought down by a significant amount.<br> <br> Thank you MiWay and your team for looking out for customers that have been with you over the years!
