Efficient roadside assistance from MiWay

I experienced a flat battery in an area whereby I couldn't kick-start or have someone jump start my car. I immediately put sent an emergency assistance request through the miway app and upon doing that, MiWay called me within a minute to find out what the situation was and how they could assist, the friendly MiWay agent(Bheki Sebegoe) assisting me immediately dispatched assistance which was quick and efficient. I received a quick response and I was jump-started with the the attending agent also friendly and helpful. After receiving assistance Bheki called to check if I was assisted, which gives me the outmost confidence that MiWay will be ready and willing to assist even in any incident , especially if a more serious incident occurs
