Efficient customer service
Premiums were due for an increase, he was able to offer me an affordable deal that I am currently happy with. He always conducts himself in a professional manner and easy to engage with. It is call center agents like him that every one wishes to speak to when you make THAT call. Keep up the good work Thapelo :)
