Efficient call centre

<p>I had a query regarding my premium increase and compared it to a rival company's (Outsurance) offer. MiWay lowered my premium and retained a happy customer. Tshifhiwa Mamphiswana assisted me.</p> <p>One small issue is that I was only really assisted on the second try since the first operator arranged a call back (can take up to 72 hours) but did not realise how urgent the query was since I needed an answer today.</p> <p>Brilliant service.</p>
