Efficient and helpful

My husband was involved in a car accident and his car had to be towed. It was at night and we had to phone the emergency service. The registering of the claim was quick and the car was towed less than an hour. They also explained what I needed to do next, to complete the claim process. I used the Miway app to complete the claim. The app is user friendly. The claim was finalized timeously. All the staff ( emergency service, claims) I interacted were friendly and helpful.
